Creative Suite 4 - [sarcasm]Because I could afford CS3[/sarcasm]
I love Creative Suite. It is a nice big pack of powerful software. Illustrator is my favorite only because….I’m beginning to like the GIMP more than Photoshop. So, excepting PS for that reason, Illustrator is my favorite. It’s amazing what I can do in that program.
Adobe Illustrator – Vectors are Powerful. Illustrator has sat up there with Photoshop at the top of it’s class. I didn’t understand Illustrator for a long time. It seemed similar to Photoshop, but things worked slightly off. Then I sat down and used it for a number of assignments. I had been missing a whole side to my design. If only I’d put more effort into learning it sooner. Well, I stopped working with it when that class ended, and my trial ran out and I didn’t notice….until I ran across some free vector images on Deviant Art. “I want to play with those” I said. So I searched for an Open Source Alternative. See my disappointment on the other page.
